Ouasso LLC ("Oulkhirllc," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our language learning platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding your data.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may also collect information you provide in forms, assessments, and communications with our support team.
When you use our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, lesson completion data, pronunciation recordings (when you use our speech practice feature), and click-stream data. This information is used to personalize your learning experience, improve our platform, and ensure security.
Our pronunciation training feature records short audio clips of your voice to provide real-time feedback. These recordings are processed by our AI system and are not stored beyond the immediate session unless you explicitly choose to save your practice recordings in your personal account. You may disable the microphone at any time in your device settings.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our language learning platform; personalize your learning experience and generate adaptive study plans; process payments and manage your subscription; send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notifications); send you educational content and product updates (you may unsubscribe at any time); respond to your support requests and inquiries; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and conduct research to improve language teaching methods.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: service providers who help us operate our platform (such as Stripe for payment processing, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and Mailchimp for email communications), all of whom are bound by strict data protection agreements; live instructors you book sessions with (limited to your name, language level, and learning goals); legal authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect our legal rights; and business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (such as tax records, which are retained for 7 years in accordance with US law).
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access the personal information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information; the right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"); the right to restrict or object to certain processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Oulkhirllc platform operated by Ouasso LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Oulkhirllc, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Oulkhirllc provides an online language learning platform including, but not limited to: interactive language lessons and exercises; AI-powered pronunciation training; live video sessions with certified language instructors; vocabulary flashcards and review systems; learning analytics and progress tracking; educational articles, guides, and resources; conversation practice clubs; and CEFR-aligned language assessments.
Our subscription plans are as follows: Monthly Plan at $16.00 per month; Quarterly Plan at $34.00 billed every three months; Semi-Annual Plan at $54.00 billed every six months; Annual Plan at $74.00 billed once per year. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 7-day free trial to new users. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you must enter payment information to continue using the platform. If you do not subscribe, your account will be converted to a free read-only account with limited functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. You must promptly notify us at support@oulkhirllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
All content on the Oulkhirllc platform — including lessons, audio, video, assessments, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Ouasso LLC or its licensed content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial language learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.
You agree not to use Oulkhirllc for any unlawful purpose; not to share your account credentials with others; not to use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our content; not to attempt to reverse-engineer our software or AI systems; not to upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; and not to harass, abuse, or threaten other users or instructors.
The Oulkhirllc platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of educational content, uninterrupted service availability, or specific learning outcomes. Language fluency outcomes depend on individual effort and dedication.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ouasso LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Ouasso LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Ouasso LLC stands behind the quality of our language learning platform. We offer a clear and fair refund policy to ensure our learners can subscribe with confidence.
If you are not satisfied with your paid Oulkhirllc subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, email us at support@oulkhirllc.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a refund: the refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription payment; the request must be for the first subscription period only (renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, but may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion); and the account must not have been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
We send a renewal reminder email 7 days before each automatic billing date. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours, we will process a full refund of the renewal charge as a one-time courtesy.
No refund is applicable to the free trial period, as no payment is collected during the trial. Refund eligibility begins from the date of the first subscription payment.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 3–5 business days.
